GYY4137
Hydrogen sulfide donor / GYY4137 is a water soluble hydrogen sulfide slow-releasing molecule.1 Rate of release at pH 7.4 and 37°C was 4.17 ± 0.5 nmol/25 min. Release rate is both pH and temperature dependent. It displays vasodilatory, anti-hypertensive, cardioprotective, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer effects.2
