BI-9564
BRD9 bromodomain inhibitor / Potent, selective, and cell permeable inhibitor of the BRD9 bromodomain, a subunit of the switch/sucrose nonfermentable (SWI/SNF) chromatin remodeling complex (IC50 = 75 nM).1 It displayed antitumor activity in an acute myeloid leukemia xenograft model. BI-9564 displayed cytotoxic and anti-proliferative effects in 5 rhabdoid tumor cell lines.2
