Parthenolide
IκB inhibitor / Binds to, and directly inhibits IκB kinase, resulting in the inhibition of the release of various mediators and inhibition of MAP kinase activation. Demonstrates anti-inflammatory, antisecretory, and spasmolytic activities in vivo.
