Stable cell line expressing human NaV1.5 Duo. Cell type: CHO. Expression type: constitutive. The human NaV1.5 cDNA was cloned and transfected twice (two different vectors) into CHO cells and then the functional properties of the NaV1.5 channels confirmed by the patch-clamp technique.
