Green PIP2 Sensor BacMam Kit (CMV promoter)

Live cell assay. The green PIP2 sensor is based on a dimerization-dependent fluorescent protein and optimized for imaging rapidly dividing, immortalized cell lines. Green fluorescence decrease in intensity when PIP2 levels decrease. Packaged in BacMam, a BSL-1 insect virus engineered with a mammalian promoter, for safe handling and expression in a wide range of cell types. The fluorescent sensor used in the assay can be combined with different colored sensors, such as the red GECO calcium sensor or a red DAG sensor, to measure multiple signals simultaneously.
