Green Downward cADDis cAMP BacMam Kit (CMV promoter)

Assay to detect of changes in cAMP levels in living cells. Fluorescence decreases as cAMP levels increase in the cell. Designed for conditions with high background fluorescence to more easily separate sensor signal from background. Signals are easily detectable on either fluorescence plate readers or imaging systems. Packaged in BacMam, a BSL-1 insect virus engineered with a mammalian promoter, for safe handling and expression in a wide range of cell types.
