BRD-7389
p90 RSK inhibitor: insulin stimulator / Inhibits p90 ribosomal S6 kinase (RSK), IC50 = 1.2, 1.5 and 2.4 μM for RSK3, RSK1 and RSK2 respectively1. Induces a beta-cell-like state in pancreatic apha-cells and induces insulin expression1,2. Increases the endocrine cell content and function of donor human pancreatic islets in culture1. Blocks muscarinic acetylcholine receptor-stimulated RSK activation and subsequent proliferation of SNU-407 colon cancer cells3.
