Microtubule depolymerizer / Arrests cell cycle at G2/M by interfering with mitotic spindle formation. Depolymerizes microtubules and blocks binding of tubulin to microtubule proteins1,2. Induces apoptosis3. Clinically useful cancer chemotherapeutic agent.
