Y-27632 (Rock inhibitor)

Y-27632 is a Rho-Associated Coil Kinase (ROCK) inhibitor that increases the cloning efficiency of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs). Enables the long term expansion of embryonic stem cells (ESC) with single cell passage . ESCs treated with Y-27632 in a serum-free medium were subsequently consistently differentiated into many cell types, including neurons, muscle cells and hepatocytes.
